My Europe report

I traveled the Europe from October 26 to November 5 in 1998.
I publish the photograph of people in the Web page who I met on this trip.
The purpose is to make they can see own photographs.

I learnt the following by the training travel at this time.

  1. "Kaigo-Hoken" system in Frankfurt (Germany)
  2. Environmental policy of Freiburg (Germany)
  3. Relocalization or Local decentralization in France (Case Bussy city)

 

Beautiful morning of Frankfurt.
I was impressed by a beautiful town view.
We heard the lecture of  "Kaigo-Hoken" in this city.
The idea might be different from Japan.
We wish to express our gratitude for German interpreter's Ms.Yasko Sturz.

Freiburg is harmonizes well the old and the new, and a beautiful city.
Freiburg is famous environmental city in Germany.
City staff's Mr. Bruggemann talked feverishly about an environmental policy of this city.
I felt that Japan was arranged as for the final disposal ground of garbage.

France

Bussy is located in very near the "Euro Disneyland".
It is a brand new town, and living 10,000 people.
We exchanged the opinion about relocalization with the member of an assembly in this town.
A young mayor is looking up at the town in Japan which becomes sisters city.

He is Mayor of Bussy city (France) and he is 31 years old.
He became a mayor in July, 1998.
There are 22 region, 100 prefectures and over 36000 citys,towns and villages in France now.
The discussion about relocalization or local decentralization is very active.

 

A local member of an assembly works by a no reward.
The woman member of an assembly is occupying half the number of the assembly.

Ms. Pisi Nabia works for the town, too.
  Though it is natural, I dont know her age.

Mr.and Mrs.Owner chef of Restaurant "Clemantine" in Paris.
He had worked at "Michelin" before.
I was able to eat a delicious cooking.

Footpath which reaches to the French House of Representatives.
The scenery which might be France.
The building of the House of Representatives in France is like the castle.
